Description

The Role:
Looking to build your career in a fast-paced corporate finance environment? This is a great opportunity to join our Accounts Payable team, where you’ll support our branch network across New Zealand and work closely with suppliers to ensure invoices and credit notes are processed accurately and on time.

Daily you will be responsible for, however not limited too - 
  • Process of supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and on a timely basis
  • Complete supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Respond to supplier and branch queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain supplier records and support compliance with internal processes
  • Processing internal adjustments (when required) and assisting in non-stock PO matching
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practice across Accounts Payable 
  • Provide general administrative support and assist the AP Manager as needed

This is a permanent role offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based at our Support Office in Penrose.

We’re looking for:
  • Experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable or finance admin environment
  • Strong numerical, reconciliation, and data processing skills
  • Confidence using ERP systems (JDE experience is a bonus) and MS Office
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong team focus
  • The ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Adaptable, flexible and strong team player
