Our Construction team spend the majority of their time on site, ensuring that the programme is tracking positively, in terms of being on time, within budget and that excellent health & safety practices are being adhered to. We have a focus on a high quality finish so that we can hand over a high spec product to our sales team. As well as the co-ordination aspect of the role, the programming and scheduling is very important (we use P6), however if you haven’t used this programme before, we are able to help and train you on this. Our construction team deliver a finished product, which is then handed to the sales team to sell to our customers. So your job is to focus on the programme, oversee our contractors and suppliers and provide leadership in relation to quality workmanship and health & safety.
You’ll have solid construction experience, preferable residential, with demonstrated leadership ability. We build a wide range of typologies, so if you have had experience with a variety of builds (single level, apartments, terraced housing) that would be highly desirable. We are also looking for someone with excellent communication skills. You will be someone who is known for being firm but fair, and as a result you will be respected by all parties who are involved in delivering a successful project, including local council and their inspectors
