About the Role

We're looking for an organised, Customer Service Representative to join our Auckland logistics team, based in Penrose.

In this role you'll be at the heart of the operation, helping customers get what they need, when they need it. You'll work closely with customers, drivers, plant teams, and sales colleagues to coordinate orders and deliveries, solve challenges as they arise, and keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in customer service, logistics, dispatch, transport coordination, or scheduling

• Strong computer and data entry skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills

• Good numerical and literacy skills

• Knowledge of the Auckland geography and traffic network would be highly advantageous

• A positive, team-focused attitude and commitment to delivering great customer service
