Winstone Aggregates has a team of over 400 people building the foundations of our communities through supply and manufacture of aggregates, operating 20 quarries, a national transport solution and laboratory network.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Financial Controller to join our team based in Penrose. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible to lead, plan, direct and coach the finance team to deliver effective information for both Winstone Aggregate and Fletchers to ensure robust decision making. To be achieved through developing easy to use and efficient business transactional process, timely and accurate financial/tax reporting and a robust governance framework.
Known for your ability to influence and communicate, you will be a highly motivated self-starter. You will be joining a driven and engaging team where there is a real opportunity for business partnering and driving value add initiatives. You will have a proven track record in robust financial management supported by a degree in either Business, Commerce or Accounting and have a CA ANZ recognised Chartered Accountant qualification. You will have demonstrated insightful analysis and cross-functionally planning in a large, complex environment.
