About the role
Reporting to our Firth HR Manager, this is an opportunity for you to use your generalist experience to partner with our business leaders in order to drive performance. This is an all-encompassing role; you will provide support to your client group from employment relations through to the areas of culture and talent. To enable this, you will have demonstrated performance in an HR role where you have had to balance the tactical and strategic areas of HR. We have over 750 people in more than 80 plant sites, so as part of our HR team, you’ll be busy! The good news is, the business appreciates and seeks our HR team’s support, so you’ll be a valued partner.
