Winstone Aggregates has a team of over 400 people building the foundations of our communities through supply and manufacture of aggregates, operating 20 quarries, a national transport solution and laboratory network.
We have an opportunity for an experienced Key Relationships Manager who has a deep understanding of Maori culture and protocols to join our Environmental team, in this newly created role.
This role will be based at our Head Office in Penrose, Auckland reporting to the Environmental Manager - Winstone Aggregates. In this role you will develop and influence new projects and build close working relationships with iwi and hapū. Your key responsibilities will be to collaboratively lead and develop key relationships with both key internal and external stakeholders across all regions that Winstone Aggregates operates.
To be successful in this role you will have an in-depth understanding of cultural principles and values, have strong relationship building skills and be able to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders. You will be a confident communicator, you articulate complex information with ease and have the ability to facilitate consultation to key stakeholders. A relevant tertiary qualification in either Planning, Geology, Ecology or Engineering would be preferred but not essential.
