What you'll be doing

As a Management Graduate, you'll gain hands-on experience across key areas of our Northern Certified business, building a deep understanding of how we operate and deliver value to our customers. You'll contribute to real business initiatives, support operational performance, and learn how different teams work together to achieve success.

Throughout the programme, you'll:

• Build your understanding of operations, logistics, customer service, sales, quality, and commercial performance.

• Work on meaningful projects that contribute to business improvement.

• Develop strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Learn from experienced leaders through mentoring and coaching opportunities.

What we're looking for

We're looking for graduates who are motivated to learn, eager to contribute, and excited by the opportunity to grow their career in a dynamic operational environment.

You'll also have:

• A recent tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• An analytical mindset and the ability to solve problems.

• Strong learning agility and curiosity.

• Initiative and a willingness to take ownership.

• Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
