We're interested in people who bring:

Experience in a manufacturing, production, warehousing, engineering, trades or operational environment
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
The ability to influence and work effectively with employees at all levels
Experience coordinating training, competency programs, workforce development or operational improvement initiatives
Strong organisational and administration skills
A practical, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for developing people

Why join Laminex?
