About the Role

As the Manufacturing & Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure our production equipment runs at peak performance. You’ll oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring our sinks meet the highest quality standards and delivery timelines, while maintaining compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. This role is central to our commitment to Australian-made excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all production equipment
  • Coordinate maintenance activities to minimise downtime and optimise reliability
  • Monitor and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet quality and delivery targets
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations; conduct internal audits
  • Oversee installation and commissioning of new equipment and projects
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in manufacturing coordination and maintenance planning
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards, ISO compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and production scheduling tools
  • Trade qualification or Certificate/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (ISO Auditor training/experience desirable)
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
