About the opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced OD Business Partner to join our award-winning Learning & Organisational Development team based in Penrose. This is a part-time role totalling 30 hours per week. The purpose of this role is to partner with key stakeholders to develop and support commercially relevant OD initiatives across Fletcher Building that drive improved performance.
Key responsibilities of this role may include:
• Building talent identification, development and succession planning capability that ensures the growth of a robust talent pipeline
• Advancement of inclusion and diversity across the business
• Ensuring effective new to career programs
• Enabling the business to improve performance and engagement
• Developing a high-performance culture
This is an important partnering and influence role working across the business that requires understanding the business and effective stakeholder relationship management skills. Key to this will be applying effective analysis, design and development skills ensuring fit for purpose, relevant interventions that enable individuals and Fletcher Building.
You will be a highly skilled OD professional, with sound experience in Organisational Development who has the proven ability to deliver projects or project stages within complex, de-centralised business environments. Your experience in the Diversity & Inclusion space will be advantageous.
A highly skilled influencer, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will be effective at getting things delivered in collaboration with key stakeholders. Your exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail will be critical skills in achieving these goals.
Accreditation in developmental tools such as 360 feedback, LSI, HBDI, DISC, and Lominger etc. would be an advantage.
