About the Role

You will lead the planning function across the site, working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Production teams to ensure customers receive what they need, when they need it. You'll be responsible for production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory management, ERP data integrity, systematic and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in production, supply chain or demand planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong capability in scheduling, capacity planning and inventory management.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Systematic and methodical documentation processes
• A continuous improvement mindset, ideally with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma exposure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A customer-first approach and the ability to succeed in a fast-changing, made-to-order environment.
