In line with this, we are currently seeking a sales administration superstar to join our Trade Support team. Ideally, you will come from a trade or sales support background and will have an understanding of our products and be fueled with passion for the building industry.

Working Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm with a requirement to work one rostered Saturday/Sunday every 3 weeks, you will work alongside Account Managers to ensure that our trade clients experience the best customer service from start to finish. You will handle customer enquiries by phone and email, providing customers with product advice, quotes and pricing information as well as tailored solutions. The time-sensitive nature of our customer needs requires you to accurately input data and process incoming sales orders efficiently within specified time-frames. Your resilience and ability to be solution-oriented even when under pressure will certainly come in handy in this ever-changing environment.

As your role will also see you liaising with other areas of the branch including inventory and despatch to follow up on customer orders and deliveries, you must have the ability to build rapport and enjoy a team-focused culture. You will also be dealing with suppliers to enquire about existing and new product ranges/specifications on behalf of your customers. You will be an engaging and flexible individual, able to effectively communicate product and delivery information, and will have a strong customer service focus with an aim to continuously add value to the customers. You must be computer literate with the confidence to pick up our systems.
