We're now looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end logistics, freight and distribution operations from our Adelaide headquarters on a fixed term 12 month contract.

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll be responsible for ensuring our products move efficiently, cost effectively and reliably through the supply chain. You'll lead warehousing, inventory, freight and supplier performance while partnering closely with operations, customer service, manufacturing, sales and finance teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

You'll have the opportunity to influence business performance through smarter logistics, stronger supplier partnerships and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, reduce costs and strengthen supply chain resilience.

What You'll Be Leading

End-to-end logistics, warehousing and distribution operations
Domestic and international freight performance and carrier relationships
Inventory optimisation and service level performance
Contract negotiations, supplier management and commercial outcomes
Supply chain improvement projects across systems, processes and reporting
Cross-functional stakeholder engagement across the business
A high-performing customer-focused team culture

What Success Looks Like

You'll bring visibility, accountability and continuous improvement to the supply chain. You'll optimise inventory and freight performance, strengthen supplier partnerships, improve service delivery and identify opportunities to drive efficiency and commercial value.

Most importantly, you'll help ensure we continue delivering an exceptional experience to our customers while supporting Oliveri's future growth.

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded supply chain leader who enjoys balancing strategy with execution.

You'll ideally bring:

Extensive experience in supply chain, logistics or distribution leadership roles
Experience within manufacturing, industrial, FMCG or distribution environments
Strong freight, warehousing and inventory management expertise
Proven supplier, carrier and contract management capability
Advanced analytical skills with SAP, Power BI and Excel
Strong continuous improvement experience, ideally Lean or Six Sigma
The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive outcomes across multiple functions
A customer-first mindset combined with strong commercial acumen
