We are looking for a vibrant individual who is self-motivated and pays attention to accuracy. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating sales for our farm shed and installed solutions service offering (roofing, pre-hung doors, etc.). Some of your key tasks include: 
  • Receive incoming calls and emails from trade customers
  • Handle general price enquiries and request for quotations
  • Process orders,  and product advice
  • Follow-up customer orders and coordinate deliveries with the dispatch team
  • Source and Order specialty products
  • Provide backup service for Account Managers

Working closely with experienced Account Managers & Senior leaders in the business, you will support our trade clients ensuring they experience the best customer service from start to finish so the ideal candidate must thrive on building lasting customer relationships and have strong communication skills.

Other skills and experience we're looking for:
  • Background in a sales or customer service environment
  • Good computer skills with ability to pick up systems with ease
  • Willingness to collaborate and someone who enjoys a team-focused culture
  • Resilience with a solution-oriented approach even when under pressure
  • Be able to work under pressure and organise your time and environment for maximum efficiency
  • Experience or knowledge within the building supplies sector would be essential

This is a full time permanent role - 40 hours/5 days a week.
