The Role: 
Are you a confident Forklift Operator with some warehouse experience with a safety‑first mindset and a can‑do attitude? This role could be a great fit for you. Laminex is looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our friendly Cheltenham team. From unloading and checking stock to RF scanning, forklift operation, packing materials, stock counts, and general warehouse support—you’ll help keep operations running smoothly.

What you will be doing:
• Unload deliveries and check stock against purchase orders.
• Receive and dispatch goods accurately.
• Use RF scanners for laminates packing 
• Assist with regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
• Pack and store laminate sheets and materials.
• Work with the team to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, full-time – enjoy your weekends off!
Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:50 PM 

About You:
• 1+ years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. 
• Current forklift licence and experience (Counterbalance LF) 
• Comfortable using RF scanners; SAP or similar ERP experience is a bonus. 
• Strong team player with good communication skills. 
• Physically fit and confident with manual handling.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. 
• Basic computer skills and literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Possess a current First Aid certificate is an advantage or willing to obtain one.
