About the Role
The EHS & ACC Programmes Coordinator will support the successful roll-out of internal EHS programmes, designed to drive a proactive and interdependent safety culture across the organisation.

This role guides our businesses with timely advice on injury management/early intervention and is the primary relationships manager with our workers compensation regulators, external claims management teams and health and wellbeing service providers (e.g. ACC, WorkAon, OKHealth).

The role supports effective claims and injury management, by implementing and using a range of tools and processes to administer workers compensation and early intervention programmes across New Zealand.

About You
You’ll be tertiary qualified in an allied health discipline, with 2-5 years injury management experience or similar including ACC/injury management. You will have previously built sound working relationships with regulators and external providers and posses the ability to engage internal stakeholders to achieve successful programme outcomes. 

This position is strongly aligned to those who have a keen interest in developing their career in the injury management profession. Experience coordinating ACC audits and/or a familiarity with the Accredited Employers Programme is advantageous.
