We manufacture and procure a broad range of products for commercial and residential use such as laminate, engineered stone and acrylic solid surface so that all Australians can live in beautiful, practical spaces.
About the role
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sydney team. Your primary goal will be to gain specification within the architecture and design space, which will be driven by your ability to identify the source of demand within the market and follow through on sales execution. Your responsibilities:
- Working on Major projects in NSW to Gain and maintain specification
- Proactively identify new business opportunities – inside current portfolio
- Develop strong networks and relationships within the market
- Monitoring specification through to the Trade execution of the sale
- Develop expertise in Laminex brand and Broad product offering and adapt our offering to the differing needs & drivers of individual stakeholder businesses.
- Work alongside internal stake holders who are across a national footprint to ensure the optimum level of service is provided to clients.
This role will also be dealing with some of the major projects in NSW and have direct access to major Architectural firms in Sydney. Locally you will work closely with a team of driven individuals who value collaboration and see the benefit of all members succeeding.
Ideally, we are searching for an energic business development professional with experience working with construction supply companies. While experience in the Architecture and Design industry isn’t essential, it will be highly regarded.
You will bring enthusiasm and exceptional communication skills to this position coupled with the ability to prioritise customer needs and work with internal stakeholders to manage projects throughout the end to end sales process. Previous experience with a CRM is imperative with the use of Salesforce being looked upon favourably.
