Mico Hamilton has an exciting role for someone who is upbeat, flexible and versatile! Primarily based on our busy Trade Counter, you will be building rapport with our valued plumbing and trade customers, processing sales, answering phone enquiries, organising deliveries and providing sales solutions while providing a customer experience that is second to none.
Hours are Mondays to Fridays (7:15 am to 4:45 pm), and Saturdays (9 am to 1 pm) once a month.
Skills and experience we will be looking for:
- You will need to have good computer, written, and communication skills
- You will be flexible, willing to learn and will go the extra mile for our customers, employer and team mates.
- We are seeking someone who thrives on building lasting customer relationships across our well-entrenched trade customer base.
- An interest or experience in plumbing would be a great advantage, as would any previous customer service experience. However, if you are keen to kick start your career and have a positive attitude we would like to talk to you.
