This isn’t a classic ‘corporate’ position, it’s an opportunity to be part of a commercially driven business with passionate, real people. We have over 300 people across three sites nationwide, so as part of our HR team, you’ll be busy. Reporting to our HR Manager, this is an opportunity for you to use your organisational skills to provide comprehensive and professional support to the wider business.
This is an all-encompassing role in which you will provide support from operational HR requirements through to programmes, policies and process improvement. To enable that, you will be analytical and systems savvy, with confidence in your ability to understand and interpret data. You will also be involved in assisting with employment relation issues, employee engagement and a range of people and performance initiatives.
Activating and streamlining the on boarding process, liaising with recruitment and other support functions will also be a key part of your day to day. We’ll also welcome your suggestions on how we can improve the way we do things in order to deliver even better levels of service.
We are looking for someone who is driven, pro-active and passionate about what they do and not afraid to have a courageous conversation.
Motivated by delivering best practice, you will be efficient, personable and resilient in your style. More than that, you will have a genuine desire to understand our operations and will navigate an independent workload expertly.
Your systems skills will be critical to your success as you will work with our team to lift capability and ensure accuracy. You will already have at least 3 years HR experience and feel comfortable making decisions alone and working autonomously whilst also enjoying working alongside a supportive and knowledgeable team.
