The Role:
As the Trade Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the team deliver excellent customer service and solutions-focused sales support. You will take responsibility for meeting your team targets by maximising sales opportunities focusing on new customer acquisition whilst maintaining our high value trade customers. This is a hands-on supervisory role that will require a multi-skilled leader with a balanced approach to manage day-to-day activities and management responsibilities including but not limited to - 

  • Management of key accounts
  • Financial and sales performance reporting
  • Promotion and expansion of our trade business and installed solutions within the broader market
  • Ongoing team coaching and training

With proven history in driving sales performance you are highly motivated, self-driven and capable of building a high-performing team with a strong sales focus. You’re passionate, innovative and ready to push yourself and your team to meet and exceed performance targets with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with care and consideration.
Additional skills and experience required:

  • Hands-on leadership style with positive and engaging personality to drive the best out of your team
  • Strong business acumen and proficiency in computer systems
  • In depth understanding of the full sales process within the building industry is highly preferred
