About the Role

In this role you will have the ability to fully utilise your top notch understanding of the contractual requirements that guide our business, whilst working proactively and building effective relationships with our clients through your liaison with them on project matters and advising them on the range of surfacing options available to them.  In addition, you get the opportunity to build on your commercial acumen through pricing, tendering, leading project planning and driving delivery execution to achieve project excellence.  You will be provided with the autonomy to develop and promote initiatives within your role and the opportunity to use your natural leadership ability to build rapport with grass roots employees, stakeholders and clients.

What you'll need to bring:

• Proven experience in pricing, planning and tendering for a wide range of surfacing projects and management of resources within budget while also ensuring that all targets are met
• Ability to ensure successful client relationships and to move heaven and earth to ensure the client’s expectations are fulfilled
• Ability to manage all aspects of the design side of the Surfacing projects in conjunction with the technical team
• Good time management with a proven ability to deliver work on time and within budget to the appropriate standards specified
