Join us at the forefront of logistics excellence as a 3PL Logistics Supervisor at Fletcher Insulation Arndell Park. Manage inbound and outbound distribution with precision, ensuring transport efficiency, pick accuracy, and meeting freight targets. Uphold inventory integrity, oversee fabrication operations, and maintain top-notch customer service levels. Bring your expertise in logistics, administration, and budget management to ensure seamless operations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Lead the way in promoting open communication and honesty in all interactions with our partners. Spearhead initiatives for process enhancement and efficiency while supervising daily operations of our transport providers to ensure flawless customer and branch deliveries. Ideal Skills and Capabilities

• Confident in growing & developing honest relationships with 3PL

• Conduct daily & weekly meetings with the 3PL

• Understanding of how to ensure our Customer Commitment is achieved

• Participate in risk assessments and evaluations

• Have efficient and effective execution of Distribution & Fabrication

• Previous experience in driving KPIs & recording accurately

• You are a clear and concise communicator with great relationship skills

• Nurtures safety and drives all safety initiatives onsite

• Knowledge of SAP & Microsoft 360

• Excellent communicator and strong work ethic
