About the Position

We are excited to share our Account Manager role. This role is designed for an experienced Account Manager who thrives on working on lead generation and getting out and working with our customers. You will be responsible for supporting the management and development of our Residential and Distributor customers. This role is best suited to someone located in Central NSW or outskirts, with travel to be required in and around Central/West NSW.

Main Responsibilities, Key points about this role:
  • Hit the ground running looking after and growing active accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities within territory
  • Customer focus role, mindset of being the market leader in our niche
  • Segment planning, KPIs and strategy to be your best!
  • Working with Salesforce CRM- Admin team to support you
  • Budget focus, tech savvy and resilience required in a competitive environment!
  • Building and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Stramit to ensure strong customer service delivery
To be considered for this role, we need from you:
  • Experience in similar role and like-minded industry is ideal (even though you will be fully trained around Stramit and Fletcher Building)
  • Strong experience in relationship building and maintenance, with fantastic customer centric outcomes
  • Computer and software literate with a strong ability to utilise solution selling
  • Working with Salesforce CRM & an Admin team to support you
  • Collaborative and supportive team player who can work independently as well
  • An ability to sell!
