We are seeking an experienced Account Manager / Sales Representative to manage and grow a key commercial construction portfolio across Brisbane. This role suits someone from building materials, construction, or commercial projects who enjoys managing established accounts while developing stronger builder relationships.

The Role
As an Account Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio that includes Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders throughout metropolitan Brisbane, as well as a select group of cabinetmaker accounts delivering significant commercial projects. This role is not a cold-calling BDM position; instead, it is a relationship-driven commercial sales role focused on account management, project tracking, and specification conversion. This role had the added benefit of being field based with remote working and comes with a fully maintained company vehicle

What we are looking for
  • Experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or BDM within construction or building materials
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction and project lifecycles
  • Proven ability to manage major accounts and long term customers
  • Existing builder relationships (highly advantageous)
  • Self-motivation and confidence working remotely and independently
