We’re looking for a for a passionate and motivated full-time Account Manager to join our team and support our valued customers in the Brisbane/Gold Coast region. As an Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our Hardware portfolio working closely with timber merchants and builders where no two days are the same.  You will be out meeting customers, finding new business opportunities and backing this up with strong hands-on coordination behind the scenes to ensure customers receive seamless, high-quality service from first contact to final delivery.  

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Managing a diverse and dynamic customer base while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Tailoring product solutions and keeping customers informed of new product developments and industry trends. 
  • Executing sales strategies to expand our market presence and drive revenue and margin targets.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure our clients receive exceptional service and support.
  • Driving strong commercial performance by delivering on revenue, margin, and new customer growth targets through strategic promotion of our industry leading product range.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:
  • 2–3 years’ experience in the building or construction industry, ideally within transactional sales or key account management.
  • Strong ability to multitask, solve problems proactively, and coordinate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and on time delivery of customer orders.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with strong relationship building skills and the ability to develop genuine rapport with customers.
  • Confident working both autonomously and collaboratively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering consistent results.
  • A passion for sales paired with solid business acumen and a drive to achieve commercial outcomes.
  • A collaborative mindset, thriving within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system is advantageous.
