About the Role
We’re looking for a thoughtful and collaborative Account Manager to join our team, servicing customers in the Northern Metro Region.  This role offers the perfect blend of transactional responsibilities with an exciting element of A&D collaboration. 

Your Role
As our new Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a diverse range of customers, focusing on the cabinet making joinery space and developing relationships with the architect and design community. You will build and maintain relationships with key contacts, staying updated on residential construction projects, and leveraging your product knowledge to support our clients’ needs.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Key Account Management, ideally within the building industry or a similar sales driven environment.
  • A strong communicator that demonstrates a strong track record in selling and relationship management.
  • Highly capable of managing diverse customer needs across multiple industries.
  • Excels in time management and multitasking.
  • Adopts a flexible approach in a competitive and changing environment.
  • Competent with intermediate-level computer skills, particularly in Salesforce and standard business applications.
  • Possesses proven problem-solving skills and negotiation capabilities to achieve sales outcomes.
