We’re now looking for a proactive and strategic Account Manager to join our WA team and help drive growth across our diverse customer base.
 
About the Role
This is a new business and account growth role focused on supporting and expanding our existing client base while identifying new opportunities across the design and cabinetry sectors. You’ll work with designers, cabinet makers, and commercial partners to deliver tailored product solutions and expert advice.
 
This is a work-from-anywhere role, with the flexibility to operate remotely while staying connected through regular team meetings at our Welshpool and Osborne Park locations.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow new business opportunities across WA.
  • Support and retain existing accounts through strategic engagement and service excellence.
  • Deliver expert product knowledge and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Promote new product development (NPD) and share insights on market trends.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs using a relationship-first approach.
 
What You’ll Bring
  • A passion for interiors and design, with the ability to connect with creative professionals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or similar CRM tools).
