About the position:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Residential team as an experienced Account Manager! This role is designed for someone hungry for sales, who thrives on working lead generation and thrives on getting out and building relationships with our customers.

This role will be responsible for supporting and growing our residential customers and is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Newcastle / Taree / Tamworth / Muswellbrook / Maitland regions and surrounding areas, with intrastate travel required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hit the ground running looking after and growing Stramit’s Residential customer base.
  • Monitor market and identify new business opportunities.
  • Segment planning and strategy to achieve KPI’s.
  • Maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure best customer experience.
  • Monitoring customer activity and market conditions to identify new and innovative opportunities.
  • Utilise various systems such as Salesforce CRM

To be considered for this role, we're looking for:
  • Experience in a similar Sales role and like-minded industry advantageous.
  • Strong experience in relationship building and maintenance, with fantastic customer centric outcomes.
  • Passion for Sales, with proven experience in driving results.
  • Budget focus, tech savvy and resilience required in a competitive environment!
  • Experience with BidContender / BCI / Estimate One software’s preferred.
  • Capable of working independently with initiative and enthusiasm, while also positively contributing to a collaborative team.
