About the position:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Account Manager, in a role where you can make an impact! This role is designed for someone hungry for sales, who thrives on working lead generation and is passionate about getting out and building relationships with our customers to expand our Residential sales segment footprint.

You will love creating smart plans for different customer segments and you will know how to keep things on track. You’ll be great at building solid relationships with both your teammates and our customers to make sure they get an awesome experience every time. Keeping an eye on market trends and customer needs will help you spot fresh and exciting opportunities. If you’re confident using platforms like Salesforce CRM, you’ll fit right in with the way we work.

This is a full-time, 12 month max-term opportunity. This role is based at our Knoxfield location.  This role is best suited to someone who loves to take ownership of their own days and be on the road!

What we need from you:

We are seeking a self-driven and self-motivated professional with proven success in connecting with differing personalities and building strong relationships. If you have strong communication and time management skills and understand the sales process—especially pipeline development—this could be the perfect opportunity for you. 

 You will be a master of relationships, ensuring retention and growth are at the heart of all conversations. You are a natural, strong, and proactive communicator with unrivalled abilities to influence and build credibility quickly. 

We are keen to meet with candidates that demonstrate recent working history in a business-to-business relationship management position, including Account Management and BDM-type roles.  Ideally, you will have experience in or exposure to, operating within Construction or Manufacturing industry that will enable you to hit the ground running.  However, more than anything, we value a ‘can-do’ attitude - if you’re eager to learn and grow, we’re here to support your journey.
