We are seeking a driven and dynamic Account Manager to manage and grow our high-value residential customer portfolio in Melbourne.

The Opportunity

This is a key role responsible for managing a premium portfolio of residential customers, including a mix of end users and reseller partners. You will take ownership of strategic account growth, building strong relationships while driving sustainable sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value residential accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned to business objectives
  • Build strong relationships with end users and reseller partners
  • Identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing accounts
  • Maintain a disciplined sales cadence including call planning and pipeline management
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

About You

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales or account management role
  • Strong strategic sales capability with a results-driven mindset
  • Resilient, adaptable, and confident in a dynamic sales environment
  • Ability to think on your feet and respond to changing customer needs
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and structured call planning
  • Highly outcome-driven with a focus on delivering measurable results
  • Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) is highly regarded
  • Industry experience within building products or construction is desirable but not essential
