About the Role

Iplex Chipping Norton is currently on the lookout for a dynamic thinking and driven Account Manager to support our Mid North Coast NSW Client Base, you will be required to attend on-site sales meetings as required but also get the autonomy to plan your week/visits accordingly. You will be responsible for managing active, new, and past clients ensuring their business needs are met on time and providing world-class high levels of customer experience along the way. We are looking for an Account Manager who loves to build relationships and wants to become an extension of our client’s businesses! “you are the trusted advisor”

As you are mainly dealing with customers from various Water Industries, we would ideally like to find a candidate with experience in underground pipe works/ plumbing /Irrigation or mining. You will have experience working with budgets and sales metrics and know how to build profitable relationships along with exposure to working with Tier 1 clients. An amazing opportunity to network, attend and represent at water events and make a difference to our loyal customers. 

Skills and Experience

Previous skills as an Account Manager or Sales Rep
Excellent negotiation skills & attention to detail
Strong computer literacy – SalesForce & Microsoft 360
The ability to prioritise workload
Ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Warm, energised & engaged personality 
Full Drivers Licence
