Account Manager Role in Canberra

We’re looking for a thoughtful and collaborative Account Manager to join our team, servicing Canberra and its surroundings. This role offers the perfect blend of transactional responsibilities with an exciting element of A&D collaboration. You’ll work closely with our specification manager and serve as a key contact for the design community.

Your Role

As our new Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a diverse range of customers, focusing on the cabinet making and joinery space, retailers, resellers, builders and the architect and design community. You will build and maintain relationships with key contacts, staying updated on residential construction projects, and leveraging your product knowledge to support our clients’ needs.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has experience in the building industry or a similar sales role.
Demonstrates a strong track record in selling and relationship management.
Is highly capable of managing diverse customer needs across multiple industries.
Excels in time management and multitasking.
Adopts a flexible approach in a competitive and changing environment.
Has intermediate computer skills.
Possesses proven problem-solving skills and negotiation capabilities to achieve sales outcomes.
