Over recent times our products have featured on The Design Files, in The Local Project videos and winning praise on ‘The Block’. We’ve come a long way over the past 90 years – and have an even brighter journey ahead of us.

Where Your Story Begins

Join our vibrant and supportive sales team as an Account Manager, where you'll play a key role in servicing our valued clients across Hobart and Launceston. This dynamic role offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of customers in the Trades, Residential Building, and Commercial sectors—strengthening existing relationships and forging new ones.

You’ll be based in Hobart, with travel to Launceston approximately every 4–6 weeks to maintain strong client connections and explore new business opportunities. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, identifying growth potential, and driving sales across your territory.

You will have the following skills and experience;

  • Proven sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the building and construction industry, ideally with experience managing a broad and complex product range.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities, upsell solutions, and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent time and territory management, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple accounts, and stay organised in a fast-paced setting.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey value propositions and negotiate outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset, with intermediate computer skills and experience interpreting data, generating insights, and preparing reports to support sales strategies.
  • Resilient problem-solver, able to think on your feet, overcome objections, and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
