About the position:

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our Sales Team. This role is designed for someone passionate and hungry for sales, experienced in project management, who thrives on working on lead generation and loves getting out and working with our customers. You will be responsible for supporting the management and development of our regional customers, primarily in our commercial space.

This is a full-time opportunity, based at our Maddington site with regular day-to-day travel required.

Key Responsibilities

Hit the ground running looking after active accounts, with the opportunity to scale and increase accounts
End to end project and customer management
Customer focus role, mindset of being the market leader in our niche
Customer and cross functional visits face to face, KPIs and strategy to be your best!
Working with Salesforce CRM- Admin team to support you
Budget focus, tech savvy and resilience required in a competitive environment!
Building and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Stramit to ensure strong customer service delivery

To be considered for this role, we’re looking for…

Prior experience and strong skills in sales and project management is crucial.
Familiarity with the industry is advantageous, although roll forming experience is not crucial.
Strong experience in relationship building with fantastic customer centric outcomes
Experience with CRMs and ability to evolve and grow as the company does (We use Salesforce)
Collaborative and supportive team player who can work independently as well
Experience in driving sales, with a hunting mentality
