Winstone Aggregates is on the lookout for a seasoned Account Manager to join our high-performing account management team. This role is about nurturing long-standing relationships, driving sustainable growth, and being a trusted partner to our valued customers across the Auckland region.

• Monday to Friday, full time

• Vehicle, laptop plus mobile phone provided.

Our Role

Managing and growing a portfolio of established accounts (80%) while identifying select new opportunities (20%)
Building deep, solution-oriented relationships with customers, moving beyond transactional interactions
Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver value-added outcomes
Supporting brand, market share, and profitability goals through strategic account management
Applying a technical mindset to understand product applications—full training and development offered

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in account management or business development, ideally in a technical or industrial setting
Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect, listen, and influence
A self-directed approach to work—you’ll have the autonomy to shape how you succeed
Comfort with technical language and concepts (don’t worry, we’ll support you every step of the way)
