About the Role - We have had an internal promotion! 

We are genuinely excited to start the hunt for an innovative, energetic Account Manager for our Merchant Sector in Sydney to join an established and high performing team. In this role you will be supported by an energetic, innovative leader who is invested in your success and eager to build momentum together. This role is focused on servicing and growing an existing customer base, elevating spend by understanding customer needs, identifying opportunity, and delivering solutions that genuinely add value.

We are looking for someone with a sales mindset who enjoys building trusted relationships and exceeding customer expectations. While plumbing or irrigation experience is ideal, strong technical aptitude and a genuine curiosity to learn are just as important. It’s integral that you are confident using CRM systems, sales data and presentations to manage pipelines, track opportunities, and guide customer conversations. This role includes regular travel, with some customers across NSW and ACT, and requires being away a few nights per month. 

More about You! 

  • Experience in sales, ideally from a plumbing, irrigation or technical product industry 
  • Excellent negotiation skills & attention to detail, not afraid of the tough conversations
  • Previous success in exceeding sales metrics and set budgets
  • Strong computer literacy, ie Salesforce & Microsoft 360
  • You are tenacious and driven to succeed, you have a “winning” mentality 
  • Previous skills in using data to make key sales decisions to increase your sales pipeline
  • Warm, energised & engaged personality
  • Full Drivers License
