Looking to step into a commercially focused account management role with an established customer base, strong support, and a well known premium brand? Laminex is seeking an Account Manager to look after a defined portfolio of commercial customers across the Adelaide metro market, covering a 12 month parental leave contract. 

You will work with cross-functional teams in a supportive environment and enjoy hybrid working. The position also offers tools like Salesforce CRM, reliable internal systems, technical support, and a fully maintained Toyota RAV4.

About the role
This is a highly commercial, relationship driven role supporting joiners, shopfitters and other commercial fabricators across Adelaide.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Managing and growing an existing portfolio of commercial customers
  • Project, pipeline and transactional pricing
  • Margin and commercial structure management
  • Customer forecasting and market feedback to manufacturing
  • Managing price changes, availability, delays and supply challenges
  • Providing technical advice and practical problem solving
  • Working towards agreed sales targets and incentives

What we’re looking for
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking
  • At least 3 years sales or account management experience 
  • Customer centric mindset with a solutions focus
  • Ability to understand and communicate the economics behind pricing and supply
  • Comfortable working cross functionally in a fast paced environment
