The Finance Division at Fletcher Construction is offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team on a 12-14 month fixed-term contract, covering an internal secondment.

As an essential member of our Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for processing invoices and credit notes for payment, reconciling supplier accounts and statements, and promptly resolving supplier invoicing queries.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and accuracy in accounts processing to provide outstanding support to both internal and external customers.

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • A minimum of 1 year of accounts payable experience
  • Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities
  • Familiarity with the JDE ERP system is advantageous
  • Proficiency in processing invoices and credit notes with strong reconciliation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with the wider business to gather necessary information.
  • Competence with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
