Description

The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow in a corporate Accounts Payable space. This role will see you support our branch network across New Zealand and work with our suppliers to ensure invoices/credit notes are processed into our ERP system.  

Daily you will be responsible for, however not limited too - 

  • Process of supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and on a timely basis
  • Resolving supplier queries & statement reconciliation 
  • Processing internal adjustments (when required) and assisting in non-stock PO matching.
  • General administration as required
  • Promoting the accounts payable best practice and system efficiencies
  • Supporting the Accounts Payable Supervisor with any other tasks as required 

This is a permanent role offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based at our Support Office in Penrose.

  • Be a competent user and quick learner of systems; experience with JDE would be a plus
