About the role
You will coordinate the day to day office administration to provide support to the Branch Manager to assist in improving the company’s performance and growth. Maintaining relationships and working in a team will be a key skill of yours as you will interact with staff and other occupants in the building. Most important of all you will have a flexible and “can-do” attitude in tune with our values as this is an exciting busy role within a great team!
Skills and experience required
- Invoicing and Bank reconciliation
- Accounts payable and Credit Control
- H & S Administration
- HR Administration
- Customer service support
- Monthly Reporting
- Well versed in the Microsoft office package
- Freight follow up
