Description

The Role:
The Administrator at our Auckland Frame and Truss – Fixed-Term (until March 2026) supports daily operations through efficient admin tasks, customer service, and coordination with internal teams. Working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday from 7:30am – 4pm.

Daily you will be responsible for –

Manage job bookings
Handle reception and phone inquiries.
Monitor and respond to production emails.
Create Producer Statements 
Support scheduling, invoicing, and coordinator tasks.
Provide professional customer service and team support.

This is a Full Time Fixed Term Role, offering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 7.30-4pm with an end date of March 2026
