Description

The Role:

The Administrator at our Auckland Frame and Truss – Fixed-Term (until March 2026) supports daily operations through efficient admin tasks, customer service, and coordination with internal teams. 
You will be working 40h, Monday to Friday from 7.30-4pm.

  • Manage job bookings
  • Handle reception and phone inquiries.
  • Monitor and respond to production emails.
  • Create Producer Statements and assist with invoicing.
  • Support scheduling, deliveries, and coordinator tasks.
  • Provide professional customer service and team support.

Skills and Experience:

You’re a solid all-rounder that can communicate at all levels as you will be engaging with internal and external stakeholders regularly so being polite and professional is essential.  You take great pride in the accuracy of your work and can multi-task like no other while working to deadlines and remaining calm under pressure. Alongside this, you also possess the following –
  • Customer-focused
  • Knowledge of accounting and processes, specifically invoicing experience is essential.
  • Strong Administration background
  • Exceptional attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Loads of initiative and ability to take action to solve problems.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as being part of a cohesive and successful team.
