Description

We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Higgins team on a fixed term contract until December 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator with 3+ years of experience who is looking for an opportunity to continue developing their knowledge and skills.

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Administrative experience in a construction environment is highly sought after 
  • 3+ years administration experience is essential 
  • Excellent Excel capability and good working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite 
  • Strong data entry and database management to ensure accurate financial and operational records are maintained
  • Knowledge of accounting including experience processing invoices and credit notes for payments
  • Strong reconciliation skills to manage multiple accounts and invoicing queries 
  • Good people skills – You will work alongside the wider business to gather the information you need
  • Reliable, well organised with excellent communication skills
