Description

Higgins are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Rotorua working on the Bay of Plenty East Network Outcomes Contract (BOPE NOC). This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same!

You will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks for the team, handling reception and enquiries, supporting financial processes and contract administration, maintaining accurate records and systems, assisting with IT and permit requests, and continuously improving workflows.

This is a busy role – and will offer lots of variety!

About you:
  • Administrative experience in a construction environment is highly sought after 
  • Demonstrated competency in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Document Control
  • Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Versatility – be effective and efficient
  • Self-motivated and pro-active
  • Holds full class 1 licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
