We’re expanding our highly skilled team to operate brand-new, high-spec purlin mill and other roll forming machines—and we’re looking for someone with a Fitter/Turner background,  with machine operation experience to join us!

The Role

You’ll be at the heart of our production process, ensuring our cutting-edge purlin machines run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with a tight-knit team of 6 where collaboration and technical expertise are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up advanced purlin mill and other roll forming machines to exact specifications
• Apply mechanical engineering knowledge to troubleshoot and optimize performance
• Ensure quality standards are consistently met across production runs
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in machine operation and workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Proven machine setter experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment
• Strong technical engineering understanding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team
• Commitment to safety, precision, and quality
