Dimond Structural is a leader in roll-forming and structural steel solutions, known for innovation and precision. We’re expanding our highly skilled team to operate brand-new, high-spec purlin mill and other roll forming machines—and we’re looking for two exceptional Machine Operators to join us.

The Role

You’ll be at the heart of our production process, ensuring our cutting-edge purlin machines run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with a tight-knit team (currently 4, growing to 6) where collaboration and technical expertise are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up advanced purlin mill and other roll forming machines to exact specifications
• Apply mechanical engineering knowledge to troubleshoot and optimize performance
• Ensure quality standards are consistently met across production runs
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in machine operation and workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Proven machine setter experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment
• Strong technical engineering understanding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team
• Commitment to safety, precision, and quality
