Description

We are currently in search of an experienced and accomplished Area Manager – WA In this role, you will take the lead as a Key Account Manager in achieving objectives across WA. As part of a high performing team, you will be managing a diverse portfolio of Commercial, Civil, and Volume Housing sales operations.

Reporting directly to the State Sales Manager and work closely with our Regional Managers. This collaborative approach ensures a seamless integration of sales strategies and operational excellence. 

The Role: 
As an Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation by providing operational support alongside our team of sales representatives. Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:
  • Sales Strategy: Execute and deliver a comprehensive sales strategy in line with company goals and objectives.
  • Sales Expertise: Utilise your deep knowledge of sales cycles and strategies to drive success in the role.
  • Leadership: Inspire, coach, and lead your team to high performance, developing leaders and motivating results through others.
  • Results-Oriented: Maintain a strong sales drive and a focus on achieving tangible results binging the team on the journey with you.

About you:
To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and delivering sales strategy in a similar environment.
  • An in-depth knowledge of sales cycles and sales strategies.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, capable of improving the bottom line and driving profitable growth.
  • Ability to coach, lead, motivate, develop leaders, and inspire high-performance teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and using appropriate modes of communication.
