What You’ll Bring

5+ years’ technical experience in asphalt paving and compaction methodologies.
Proven ability to plan, resource, and deliver projects efficiently.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and influence your crew.
Full clean Class 1 NZ Driver’s License (Class 2 & WTR highly valued).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Reliability, honesty, flexibility, and a proactive mindset.
A commitment to health and safety for your team and the public.
