Description

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced senior Asset Manager to join the Maintenance JV Team working on the Ara Tūhono Pūhoi to Warkworth PPP project which has extend SH1’s northern motorway 18.5km from the Johnstones Hill Tunnels to Warkworth.

As part of a small team, you will take the technical lead for asset management, maintenance management and quality for the project. You will look to optimise whole of life Asset Management principals, compliance, Performance, and Maintenance scheduling. Upkeep of the RAMM database, a champion of the quality system and leadership within the ISO55001 Standard will also be key aspects of the role.  

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Strong expertise in asset management and maintenance
  • Proven track record leading technical initiatives across large infrastructure projects
  • Minimum five years’ operational experience in asset management and maintenance, ideally within performance-based contracts
  • In-depth knowledge of highway operations and maintenance, particularly in high-density traffic environments
  • Experience with PPP contract models and familiarity with ISO55001 standards advantageous
  • Proficient in Road Asset Maintenance Management (RAMM), Juno, and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable leading technical aspects of projects and supporting the wider team in implementing maintenance strategies
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rosters and meet call-out response time
