About the Role:
This role would see you supporting our Branch Accounts, were you will handle basic accounting duties such as preparing financial records and reports. Reconciling bank statements, maintain documents and records to ensure all files are kept up to date and provide administrative supports where required.  

Alongside this, you will also be responsible for the following – 
  • Preparation of month end process. 
  • Preparing Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Assist in preparing forecast & budget. 
  • Review & follow up with branches as required
This is full time permanent role.  Offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based full time in our Support office in Penrose. 

About You:
We’re looking for someone with strong problem-solving capability and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years’ experience within accounting processes and Reconciliation skills. 

  • Exposure to accounting packages, of which JDE would be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal  
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel experience
  • Thrive on working in a team environment 
  • Proven experience in reconciliation
  • Ideally have experience in an Inventory management business – Retail/warehousing
